This course provides entry-level, upgrade, and advanced training in welding. Instruction covers the following areas: safety procedures, methods and techniques in shielded metal arc welding, gas tungsten arc welding, gas metal arc welding, flux cored arc welding, and both gas shielded and self-shielded electrodes. In addition, oxyacetylene cutting, oxypropane cutting, oxyacetylene welding, and plasma arc cutting are taught.
